Delaware - Gen Oph Position
Large, busy and privately-owned 17 doctor group (15 ODs and 2 Ophs) seeks a cataract surgeon for their staff. It is anticipated you will perform 500+ cataract surgeries per year in addition to Glaucoma and Cornea procedures.

The office is based near the beach and office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.

Two Optometrists will do pre and post op exams, freeing you from routine eye care and allowing you to focus in your area of expertise. Additionally, you will be supported by two technicians, one scribe and one or two front desk staff. 

You will be provided with a base salary, a productivity bonus plan and a full benefits package.

 

Midwest Vitreo-Retinal (job 1)
Busy solo vitreo-retinal practice with state of the art equipment seeks a fellowship trained vitreo-retinal specialist for its staff. The practice treats 50+ patients seen/day (3 month backlog) and has a high volume of patients who need continued injections for macular degeneration. Call schedule will be 1:6 weeks. 

The practice offers a competitive salary and compensation package as well as 2 years to partnership in practice & ownership potential in ASC.

The practice based in a Midwestern city of 80,000+ (surrounding communities of 150,000+) which offers good public and private schools as well as a nice range of social and cultural amenities.

 

Midwest Vitreo-Retinal (job 2)
Busy Midwest ophthalmology group consisting of 5 MDs and 4ODs is seeking a second vitreo-retinal surgeon for their growing practice.  You will perform 100% vitreo-retinal work and share call with the existing VR surgeon.

It is anticipated you will see 20-30 patients/day to start and your initial volume will include lots of injections, about 12 lasers/mo and approx 8-10 surgeries/mo.

The compensation package will depend on experience but it anticipated to be a base salary of $250,000/yr, a productivity bonus program, and partnership buy-in (if mutually agreeable) at 2 years.

The practice is based in a community of 120,000+ which is home to good public and private schools,  as well as wide-array of social and cultural amenities (and within a couple hours of Chicago). The community also has a Big 10 university presence and a medical school.
