*Rate depends on size of practice (i.e. number of physicians, number of office locations, etc. - does not include the costs of a site visit)

Mailings can also be targeted by geographic area (i.e. practicing in certain counties or states) or by ties to a geographic area (i.e. born in, licensed to practice in, or attended medical school in a certain state - no matter where in the U.S. they currently reside).

All costs of the mailing (i.e. label ordering charges, letters, envelopes, printing, packaging, sorting, labeling and first-class postage) are covered in these fees.  We will write the mailing but the client has final editorial approval.

A mailing takes approximately 7-10 business days from the start of the project until it is delivered to the post-office for distribution.
